همانگونه که از مشکلات خردکردن مواد دستگاه یک (کامپاندهای سبز و قهوه ای ) آگاه هستید ، با پیشنهاد سرپرست سالن (آقای عوض زاده) به صورت آزمایشی از دستگاه آسیاب برای خرد کردن استفاده گردید.
1- با این روش ، کلا دستگاه خرد کن مواد حذف گردیده و اختصاص یک نفر برای دستگاه خرد کن در سه شیفت ، لازم نمی باشد.
2- در ضمن سرعت خرد کردن مواد بسیار بالا میباشد( حدود یک شیفت برای کل هفته کافیست)
3- به علت اینکه ابعاد مواد خرد شده، کوچک شده است ، اتلاف مواد به صورت پلیسه حدود 20% کمتر شده است.
4- خطر استفاده از کاتر و دستگاه خرد کن مواد کلا برطرف گردید.
5- به علت ضخامت کمتر پلیسه جنس تولید شده ، ضایعات حین پلیسه گیری حدود 10% کمتر شده است.
6- با این روش دیگر نیاز به غلطک ورقها نمی باشد.(ورقها بعضا در محموله های خریداری شده دارای ضخامت بالا بود که به بیرون از شرکت جهت نازک تر شدن ، ارسال می گردید.)

پیرو صحبتهایی که با جنابعالی شد ، دستگاه 1 (سیل دوقلو سمند) در حال تولید با این روش خرد کردن میباشد.لطفا از لحاظ کیفی بررسی های لازم را به عمل آورید.

حدود یک روز کامل با این روش به طور آزمایشی تولید خواهیم نمود ، که نواقص آن مشخص گردد.
