به اطلاع می رساند به دلیل استفاده از دستگاه آسیاب برای خرد کردن کامپاند،و امکان وجود ناخالصی(باقیمانده مواد قبلی در دستگاه آسیاب ) در مواد خرد شده ،تاثیر سوئی بر جنس های تولید شده می گذارد ،که باعث تیرگی ومقاومت کم قطعات می شود.با این وجود ،تولید قطعات سیل با مواد خرد شده(به روش پیشنهادی) مورد تائید نمی باشد .خواهشمند است در صورت ادامه تولید با این روش ، ایرادات مذکور اصلاح شود در غیر اینصورت به همان روش قبلی ، تولید صورت پذیرد.
عوامل موثر بر تولید نامناسب قطعات:
1)مواد کامپاند در حین آسیاب شدن دمای آن بالا می رود .(فایل پیوست به هم چسبیده شدن قطعات خرد شده را در اثر افزایش دما بعد از آسیاب شدن نشان می دهد.)
2)به دلیل اینکه مواد کامپاند در بسته بندی های استاندارد وبا وجود مقسم مابین صفحات وارد سالن می شود ،تماس با هر گونه عامل خارجی که باعث آلوده شدن مواد میشود مناسب نخواهد بود.
3)عوامل ایجاد کننده ناخالصی ویا آلودگی بروی مواد می تواند، انتخاب دستگاه آسیاب نامناسب (باقی ماندن مواد آسیاب شده قبلی)، تماس روغن دستگاه با مواد خرد شده،انتخاب کیسه نامناسب برای حمل مواد خرد شده،آلودگی محیط آسیاب خانه و...باشد.
